About
Kimberly Farris can’t say that she’s always wanted to be a writer. Or that she’s been writing every since she could remember. But she does have memories of creating scenarios with her imaginary friends (Holly Hobbie, Starsky and Hutch and the Bionic Woman if you’re curious) when she was in preschool and kindergarten.
She encountered her first plot bunny in third grade while eating a baked potato. The bunny left with an idea that later became a short story called Attack of the Green Potatoes. Since then, bunnies visit often, gifting her with various story ideas. She’s still holding on to the horror film idea a bunny brought her during the summer before she started 5th grade.
When Kimberly isn’t entertaining plot bunnies or hanging out with her family, she can found being crafty. She has a long and every growing list of things she wants to make. You can find her pinning interesting projects on pinterest.com when she should be writing or doing laundry.
She is a recovering Mountain Dew addict, loves jellybeans, Red Vines, apples and doing Sudoku puzzles to calm the chaos in her mind.
